The battle takes place at the Elysia Oasis, a named location in the Elysia sector, the setting of the free Prologue.
It uses enemy turrets, whose placement Multiverse adjusted on July 23 and July 28.
It has a final phase with waves of enemy units — spawn counts and intervals were retuned on July 29.
The final phase includes a Fortress Bunker with a Weak Point on its Mechanical Leg (July 22 patch notes).
You fight with allied support — on July 7, the support units in this battle were changed to allied forces.

The One Official Tip: the Mechanical Leg

No fan guide is needed for the core mechanic, because Multiverse wrote it into a patch note. The July 22 update:

“Improved the guidance for attacking the Weak Point on the Fortress Bunker Mechanical Leg during the final phase of the Elysia Oasis Decisive Battle.”

That sentence confirms the final phase is a weak-point fight: the Fortress Bunker’s Mechanical Leg is the intended target, and the game itself now guides you to it. If you are stuck on the last phase, that is the mechanic the developer expects you to use. Weak Points are a recurring system — the July 22 update also gave standard enemies heavy hit reactions when struck on theirs.
